Salazar's entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 23 when he opened a Benihana franchise in Broomfield, Colorado. Over the years, he has been involved in multiple business ventures, most notably as the co-founder and former CEO of MMJ America, a pioneering cannabis company. Under his leadership, MMJ America secured the first medical and recreational marijuana licenses in Colorado, playing a pivotal role in the legalization movement.
Currently, Salazar is also the Chairman of Solari Brands, known for its "Hip Shots" natural energy and sleep products. His diverse business portfolio highlights his ability to innovate and lead across different sectors.
